5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses may not be combined or stacked unless explicitly permitted.
• If fraud or manipulation in bonus use is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If a deposit is withdrawn before bonus wagering is complete, the bonus will be forfeited.
• joy 77 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotional offer without prior notice.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to both sports betting and casino games on joy 77. Separate rules may apply for specific games or betting markets.

6.1 Wagering Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical issue causes an inconsistency in a bet result, joy 77 will review the matter and make a decision.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled.
• Bets associated with match fixing or unfair advantage will be cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

For cricket, football and other sports, results will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport. For international tournaments including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup, the official results of the relevant sports governing body will be considered final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the related bets will be cancelled and stakes will be returned.

6.3 Casino and Games

For live casino, slots and other games, the game provider's rules apply. Any abnormal result caused by a software malfunction will be considered void. All games use third-party certified random number generators (RNG).

Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All joy 77 members must use the platform honestly, ethically and responsibly. Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Limitation of Liability
